Insurance
We try to make care more accessible by filing insurance claims on behalf of clients whenever we are able. Insurance participation, eligibility, benefits, and authorization requirements can change, so we always recommend confirming your coverage before beginning services.
We currently accept Ohio Medicaid managed care plans, including:
-
AmeriHealth Caritas Ohio
-
Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Medicaid
-
Buckeye Health Plan
-
CareSource Medicaid*
-
Molina Healthcare of Ohio
-
UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Ohio.
We also accept many major commercial insurance plans, including:
-
Aetna
-
Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield
-
Cigna, Oscar, Oxford
-
UnitedHealthcare
-
Optum-affiliated plans
-
Carelon/Anthem behavioral health plans
Coverage varies by specific plan, employer group, and network, so being insured by one of these companies does not automatically guarantee that services will be covered.
We do not currently accept Medicare, Medicare Advantage, or MyCare Ohio plans unless specifically confirmed in advance.
*CareSource Medicaid is currently accepted, but this may change in the future. Please note that we do not accept CareSource MyCare Ohio. CareSource declined our application to participate in its MyCare Ohio network, so we are unable to bill that plan.
