Navigating our System - New Clients

Sometimes technology can be daunting and we want to help clients who are on the fence about technology. Here's a walk through of making a new appointment for new clients (BTW, we really recommend setting a 15-minute consult just to make sure we're a good fit as therapist / client before we get too deep into the process). Here's how to do that:

  1. Go to our portal at

  2. Click "Request Appointment"

3. Click "I am a new client" and the clinician you would like, then "View Available Times"

4. If you have not scheduled an appointment before, press "Continue Without Signing In" and fill in the required information. Under "Message to Practice" please indicate if you would like a video or phone appointment. Also, if you would just like to schedule a 60-minute intake (i.e. if you have already talked to someone about this), please indicate that here.

5) You'll get a confirmation of the request. After we've had a chance to approve it, you'll receive another confirmation. If you requested a video session, you'll receive a link for the session. If you requested a phone consultation, we will call you around the time of your appointment.
